Parking directions
Our entrance is located on the west side of the building. For the easiest access, please park in the lot directly off Lowell Blvd—this lot is right in front of our entrance. Additional parking is available in the lower lot; however, there is no direct access from that side. If you park below, you will need to walk around the building to reach our west-facing entrance.

What are your hours of operation?
Our hours vary by stylist, so please view our online booking system or contact us for availability according to each stylist.
How can I book or modify a reservation online?
We use vagaro as our booking software. You can login to view and modify all appointments made. You will be able to change or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Do you offer fix-it appointments if I am not satisfied?
Yes. However as all of our stylists are independent, it will need to be discussed and booked with the stylist you originally saw.
What professional product lines do you carry?
We carry Kérastase, a globally recognized luxury haircare brand known for its advanced formulas and personalized approach to healthy, beautiful hair.
What color line do you use?
Since all of our stylists are independent, every stylist chooses which color lines they want to use. Lines that are used here include Lanza Healing Haircare, Redken, Wella, & Pravana.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged at the discretion of your service provider, however no notice at all will be charged 50% of the service you had scheduled.
