Eric Adam Hair Co. was named in honor of the owner’s late father, carrying his name into something deeply meaningful. His influence is woven into the heart of the salon, shaping the warm, genuine experience created for every guest.
Our policies
Our policies are in place to honor your time, support our team, and maintain the elevated experience we strive to provide.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that life happens, and appointments sometimes must be canceled. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged at the discretion of your service provider, however no notice at all will be charged 50% of the service you had scheduled.
Late Arrivals
If you're running behind, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you. To respect our schedules and all guests, arrivals over 15 minutes late will require a modification of services or rescheduling.
